Nearly 50 years in the North East
Alan Hall started plumbing in 1978. The business has grown up around Cramlington, Northumberland, and most of the work still comes from neighbours, family and people who saw a job we did up the street.
Today Jon, Alan's son, runs the installations alongside Rob. Between them they cover the plumbing, tiling, joinery and fitting, with our own plasterer and qualified electrician brought in for the parts that need them.
We deliberately stay small. One bathroom at a time means we finish what we start, and it means the people who quoted your job are the people standing in it.

How it works
From first phone call to finished room
Free home visit
Alan or Jon comes out, measures up and talks through what is possible in the space you have.
Design and written quote
You get a printed design and an itemised price. Take as long as you need over it.
A fixed start date
We book you in and we stick to it. We are usually a few weeks out, sometimes longer.
The installation
On site at 8am, working through the day, tidied every evening, finished on schedule.
